Hi Friends- You may be asking yourself, “What is in style for fall?” I know some of us can’t wait for fall to get here, while the rest of us don’t want summer to end. When the mornings and evenings tend to be cooler and the daytime still brings the summer heat, layers become your most needed wardrobe essentials and are always in style.

During this time of year, I love wearing lightweight sweaters with jeans and sandals. I’m still living in my denim shorts in September, but instead of an elevated tee and flip flops, I’ll style my denim with a knit and ankle booties. Styling pullover sweaters over dresses is another simple but chic way to create a put-together fall outfit. I also don’t leave home without a cardigan as the temperature fluctuates greatly in autumn. It’s that easy piece that I can keep in my bag throughout the day.
