Valentine’s Date Night Outfits For Women

In today’s post, I’m sharing Valentine’s Day outfits and Valentine’s ‘pop of color’ inspired bags. I focused on items that would work all year round, not just on Valentine’s Day and that were easy to mix and match with a Capsule Wardrobe.

The best part about having a Capsule Wardrobe is that you can build outfits with what you already have in your closet. Whether that be for Valentine’s Day or any other occasion, a capsule wardrobe makes pulling together your outfit that much simpler. Outfit inspiration can come from anywhere, and when your wardrobe has all the essential pieces you need, you can easily create looks for whatever event you have coming up.

Valentine’s Colors All Year Round

Reds can be a difficult color to wear for many of us, but the ones I picked below work with most skin tones and coloring. Starting with the clothing picks, I chose a variety of pieces. Valentine’s Day looks different for everyone; maybe you’re going out to an upscale restaurant and want a dress like number one or number six. Maybe Valentine’s Day means some takeout once the kids are in bed, and cashmere joggers are the perfect choice to cozy up in. Whatever your holiday looks like, it can be festive and still accentuate what you already have in your closet.

As for the bags I chose, there are a few more neutral options and some bright pops of red. The Chloé bag looks amazing in red or pink (or any of the other colors they have available!) And the Mansur Gavriel bag would be a gorgeous addition to almost any outfit in your capsule wardrobe, year-round. The blush pink is neutral enough to complement a range of other colors.
